Overview
This agreement outlines the website subscription offered by Hamsti Studios. It is meant to clarify scope, timing, and expectations before work begins.
Term and payments
The initial subscription term is 12 months. Payment is $150 upfront to start, followed by $200 per month. After the initial 12-month period, the subscription continues indefinitely on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by the client.
Scope of work
The subscription includes a custom website tailored to your needs, hosting, SSL, analytics setup, and foundational on-page SEO. Content is supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Unlimited edits
Edits to existing pages and new sections or pages are included. Standard turnaround is 24-72 hours. Urgent requests (broken links, critical info changes) are handled within 12 hours when feasible.
Scale and growth
New pages and sections are included as part of your subscription at no extra cost. We build as your business grows. Optional specialized enhancements such as complex third-party integrations are quoted separately.
Satisfaction guarantee
Design revisions are included until the initial site direction is approved. The guarantee applies to the initial build phase and does not cover new pages or major redesigns after launch.
Ownership and hosting
Upon full payment, the client owns the website code and assets created for the project. Hosting is included for the term of the subscription and can be transferred if the agreement ends.
Cancellation
Cancel within the first 30 days risk-free. After 30 days but before the 12-month term ends, the total amount paid is credited toward the standard project rate ($3,800), and the remaining balance is due upon cancellation. After 12 months, the subscription continues month-to-month and you may cancel anytime.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to branding materials, copy, photos, and approvals. Delays in client feedback can shift timelines.
